Project Manager R&D
INTERA is involved in collaborative R&D projects with a view to improve our commercial offering. We have an exciting opportunity for a technically capable experienced project manager to join the team and manage the preparation, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in the preparation and management of collaborative R&D projects with knowledge and understanding of IoT and Artificial Intelligence concepts applied to energy efficiency and Industry 4.0, among other fields.
Responsibilities:
In project management:
- Overall responsibility for the complete management of the project in close cooperation with the technical team.
- Project progress monitoring.
- Preparation and support of technical reports ensuring high standards for research quality.
- Help to organise and run events and workshops.
In project proposals preparation:
- Monitoring of suitable European R&D funding schemes.
- Process information from partners to create a document in line with the call.
- Writing the respective parts from the INTERA’s role.
- Business analytical and dissemination activities.
- Responsibility for the complete preparation.
Candidate’s Profile:
- PhD with technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. Knowledge in IoT and Artificial Intelligence will be highly considered-
- Demonstrable experience in preparing and managing collaborative R&D projects: European and national research programs.
- Ability to comprehend complex scientific and technical issues spanning several disciplines.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
